Real scammers DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL all the bad reviews are absolutely right and helpful. Dirty old and super uncomfortable. Unless you want to get the worst hotel experience of your life.

We stayed one week all inclusive and I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. It is NOT a 5 star hotel...we found: Dirty bed - our bed sheets & mattress cover were covered in hairs:-/ Bath - bath had horrible stain & I viewed another room also with a stained bath. The shower walls were scratched and decoration was like a 70s horror movie! Corridors & staircase - smelly worn out carpets and the stair cases are dark and quite dangerous especially in the evening (be careful!) Hotel has Thalasso therapy centre and you will see nurses walking elderly infirm people everywhere like some B-movie which is uncomfortable & unexpected. Buffet food - is OK but the food is not covered up so we found hair in our food (yuk!) and struggled to find any fruit besides melons & plums. Bar - serves fake cocktails made from extracts which are horrible (yuk!). Soft drinks like coca cola were flat and warm. If you want a proper cocktail you have to pay which on an all inclusive is unacceptable. Do NOT drink the bottled water they give! It is tap water, not mineral water & it will make you sick. Sports facilities - terrible and unsafe with rusty velo, elliptics and dangerous broken multigym, disintegrating old yoga matts and again hair on the floor. This room is a health hazard! Sauna & hammam - simply do NOT go anywhere near this place as it smells awful. Entertainment - really bad with random old music played from the same 2 scratchy CDs so loud that you cannot hear the TV in the room. Random 'show' by the pool are poor. TV - there is no language options or streaming services like Netflix and this is a 5 star hotel! Transport - location is good because near the beach & 2 minutes from the hotel you can take the local bus to Hammamet or Nabuel (do not waste money on taxis unless going out late). No Duty Manager - issues had to be raised with reception so customer service is inconsistent. I could go on...but will say there are staff in in the buffet who are friendly & welcoming. This may have been a 5 star hotel 30 years ago but it has been neglected and today you should go somewhere else.

The hotel was full so we took a suite which suppose to be the best of rooms, the result was very ugly, does not meet the standards of a regular room in a budget hotel, very ugly.
