This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been at in Tunisia. We first arrived and checked to see if they had availability, they assured us they did—there wasn’t many people booked at the time. The first weekend, there was a party of some sort. After the weekend, they continued to have loud noise and music at all times. Even during the night. We were the only family in the hotel and they felt the need to have loud obnoxious music. The room was dirty. The cups were dirty. They didn’t change our sheets and when they cleaned the room, they left us without towels until they were done washing. There is a strong stench in the hallways. There’s no WiFi in the rooms, but good luck talking on the phone, because the music is so loud. We stayed here 6 days and on the 5th night, they told us we would be billed for our food. Even though they told us we paid for our food from the first booking (through the agency). They made my husband leave his Id and a statement saying we would pay for this. Honestly, save your money. This is THE worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. I don’t know why they consider themselves a four star. They don’t deserve one.

The worst hotel experience in Tunisia. Too much noise of annoying music all the time. No fridges at rooms and when we complained they told us we can keep our water in the reception refrigerator (I thought they were kidding). The staff attitude is the definition of zero professionalism. The furniture has stains all over it. No towels in the rooms. Avoid this place at any cost. Not sure how they are considered (or consider themselves) a four stars hotel. It my opinion they can't qualify even for one star.
