No communication skills.
it is good to see some other comments are the same as mine, so i know I wasn't over reacting..and i agree with one comment here, the front desk staf have no communication skills, and very un organized.. Sadly, I will not come back to this hotel, nor would I recommend it .. i hope on reading these comments might prompt you to revisit the problems, clearly are common amongst you past guests..
My favourite hotel so far i don't know why it's 4 a stars hotel now and not 5 as it's used to be , i had a very great time
