I went to this hotel in 2019 Summer and oh my god it was AMAZING! This is the best hotel that I've ever been to.
The hotel and staff are very good and location by the beach is excellent. My gripe is with hotel manager when Thomas Cook collapsed and he held some of the guests to ransom. That was quickly resolved by the Tunisian minister of Tourism
Used to be good value but not anymore.
This was our first time in Tunisia and we absolutely loved this hotel ....the staff went out of their way to make sure you wanted for nothing .....the animation team were fantastic if you want a really relaxing holiday then this is definitely the place to go absolutely devastated when Thomas Cook went bust as they heavily relied on them hopefully another company will take over whoever does won't regret it
Loved it people was nice could do enough for you will be going back soon
