The service is somewhat not excellent for five stars, I did not like some things such as the service of lifting bags as they throw speeches as well as the room service that sometimes enters despite the presence of the paper that prevents entry I speak about this in the morning period where, if the lady of hygiene passes from there she will not come back again Yes, I know that there is a hardship in this work, but I also have the right to clean my room and I also need to rest. Very nice hotel. Very big loads of places to view. Private beach beautiful. Camel ride and horse rides available. Golf course, horse stable, crazy golf indoor and outdoor heated pool. Staff are very friendly always checking you have all you need.

Great place the family. Room clean and modern. Dining in there was good atmosphere and options for all. Swimming pools both in door and outdoor was nice and we'll kept Well located in hammamet to most of the local sights and shops Staff are friendly enough as are the entertainment team.

Stayed for a week in low season, my stay was far better then I imagined it would be. The staff definitely made the stay a 5 star rating although the food was very good and walking into town every day which was safe to do and interesting to visit some local palaces. I would only change money to the local currency if you are going to use it as the reverse exchange rate at the airport is not good.
