For European conditions, at most ***.
I only stayed here one night, so maybe I didn't notice much.
Clean bedding, furniture and bathroom have a long time behind their splendor.
Fortunately, there was working air conditioning, which is not standard in Tunisia in October. For two people accommodated, bathroom cosmetics were only for one person. It's awfully hot in the cafeteria, but there are no insects or birds in the windows of the mosquito net.
