We made a reservation for the equivalent of 54 euros a night per room. We show up to the hotel and they tell us that our reservation is 88 euros a night and they don't see the updates to our reservation, etc. We are a party of 11 people, so this adds up. Of course, they try to make us pay in cash for things here and there, and they give us the most unauthentic word doc receipts (or hand written) you could imagine - absolutely hilarious. Then they want to hold onto our passports for a while, to check our "information". When I come back to ask for them, some guy was scanning them and making copies. First time this happens in a Tunisian hotel. Hopefully our identities don't get stolen. Other shady, dishonest things happened in this hotel, which I can post about later. We have PICTURES to back this all up. Definitely don't recommend.
Nice but it needs improvements in the service. Very cold by night and heating system not working, no water bottle in the room.
