The service is disappointing based on Concorde brand name. The rooms are acceptable but need better cleaning services. The location is great as it is in the middle of the city center.
1st of all this is a Concord Hotel.
Enjoyed our stay here in a spacious and very comfortable room.
Great variety of TV channels with 2 English movie channels and 3 English news channels to choose from.
The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of fruit, pastries, eggs and other foods.
The only negative was that the spa /massage services were not available, really need one after driving on the Tunisia roads and highways.
Welcome hotel, safe and touch of elegance. Balcony views of pool are nice, area and town has little to offer. Rooms have excellent facilities, enjoyed our stay only 1 night so review is limited. Driving insane, long time to get to hotel from A1.

Cool, but at 9:00 clock there was not to much left to eat on breakfast.
