Check in and check out was very smooth and on time even allowing 2 hours late check out. Hotel facilities are fair. The food is catastrophic with no good choices, missing the meat.

On the beach, food was great, entertainment was great and the grounds were well maintained. Rooms very clean. You have to use a taxi to get to town.

Amazing place. Fabulous service. The food is lovely with so much to choose from..bring big clothes to travel home. Very kid friendly with lots of things to entertain them all day n night. I will be coming back

Very nice hotel. I went there summer of 2018 with my family. We went for 7 nights and we felt like we needed more: it was such a good trip! It's such a nice hotel. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and hard-working. The food was delicious at the main restaurant. There was a themed food night every night, but other options if you didn't want that theme. There was also a kids section with more child-friendly dishes. There is also another restaurant that you have to pay for. We never ate there but I bet it was amazing too. There was also a place to eat and get ice cream in the early afternoon and coffee and cake in the late afternoon near the pools. The rooms were very clean and big. The children and adult rooms were separate. Also there was a separate bathroom. There were fresh towels everyday. The beds got made but I don't think they cleaned the sheets, but it didnt bother us. You can also get a token for towels for the beach/pool and go down to the towel hut to get them. The water slides are really fun. There are also other pools: the relaxing pool, the baby/young child pool and the main pool. On our last day, there was a pool party with loud upbeat music and foam. It was so fun. Also, at the main pool there's a pool bar where you can get drinks. The beach was very relaxing. There's a bar on the beach where you can go and get drinks too. There is a show every night and the entertainment team are very hardworking. The whole family loved it. They get children and adults involved. We had a great stay in the Manar Hotel and it was enjoyable for everyone. A definitely family holiday. Thank you Manar staff for giving us a wonderful stay.

Amazing. Staff were so good with the children. Children were safe to roam around. We have a 2yr & 7yr olds and they had an amazing time. Everything was clean, food was amazing. Could not ask for more. The holiday village reps were superb, always going out their way for everyone making sure the kids felt so special. Thanks for an amazing holiday.
