Very well situated and staff very friendly. Nice view on the lake
A while since I've stayed here but it was in a lovely location. Spotless rooms and great restaurant.
I was disappointed by Le Concorde. Although touted as a 5-star hotel, I was surprised to find the room had none of the extras expected of a 5-star hotel. Coffee, tea nor water is provided in the rooms. The room, although very clean, is very dated and in need of a long overdue upgrade. Definitely not what I would expect from a hotel of this rating. The food was not very good. I would stay away for all things on the menu except the fresh juice. The only thing I found good about the hotel is the staff. They were attentive and responsive. The A/C also doesn't get very cool. If you are looking for a 5-star experience, I would not recommend Le Concorde.
The hotel is rated 5 stars but doesn't show like. The furniture is old. The facilities is also old. The restaurant for breakfast smells but staying in the terrace is really pleasant. The location and the view is amazing. The Spa is very nice. The Gym is not really maintained.
The restaurant service is not good enough for a place so elegant.
