Aweful hotel. The wifi is not working, ac is broken, there’s no water in the hotel. And they DONT allow people to bring their own water in. Force you to buy the small bottle from their bar which is 4 TND per bottle.
Incredible hotel with amazing staff who will make sure you’re more than happy! Thanks for the hospitality and warm welcome. This is very close to the airport and perfect for business or pleasure.
Stayed 6 nights at this hotel and it was a miserable experience. Food came in the room late every single day. Lunch came in little after 2 pm daily where I was told it is served at 12:30. Quality of food is mediocre to say the least. No even water was served with the meals as it costs extra (my stay included 3 paid meals daily). The front reception are not friendly and need more training. Will not use again.
This hotel needs 5 stars i can tell u why but i will need lots of time writing the reasons... so I'll just write down some
First the staff will make u feel home , welcomed they will accommodate u take care of u do everything to make u feel comfortable and happy ...prestigious hotel super clean ... food is amazing another 5 stars but most important again is the staff they are the sweetest most professional iv ever met and am a cabin crew so I met a lot .. if u didn't book yet .. dnt hesitate bcz u will never regret it

It was a positive impression.
The only downside, being a vegetarian, the food options are almost negligible.
Secondly the language barrier is huge.
To want something, you need to be able to communicate in arabic, as most of the staff will not be able to understand you
