The largest hotel in Tunis is threatened with closure...
Stayed here for 2 nights..honestly its one of worst ever Ive been..so dirty room..noise..no towels..overdated hotel..so dissipoinment choice
don't be fooled by the impressive hall, the rooms are nothing like it. The room we stayed in had a bed frame that was hanging by a thread. It's a miracle it didn't break completely during the night. Cleaning is superficial at best clearly noone has cleaned under the beds for a looooong time. The whole room STANK of old stale cigarette smoke. Only reason we spend the night is that we had travelled all day and it was 2am in the morning. Everyone including kids were exhausted. Needless to say we stayed the ONE night only and will NEVER EVER stay there again! Only good point of this disgusting hotel is the location.
Dirty rooms and staff doesn't speak English. All in bathroom broken, broken lights and floor in the corner look like never was clean. Escalators shaking and its fear to use them. In breakfast area milk for coffee not fresh, kitchen trolley very dirty look like never been clean. Avoid this place there near much better hotels.
