Good Service especially the guy who delivers food to the rooms, lovely staff except the blond receptionist at day time she’s so rude, dirty rooms, No WiFi at rooms , Had TV not working at last day of staying and was not fixed, always there’s a strong bad smell in the Corridors. give it 2/5 total

Please avoid this rubbish place. DON'T STAY HERE EVEN FOR FREE. I warned you. This place is Trush. The stuff here have no idea about customer service, the hotel is meseaeable extreamly dirty and old. You will never sleep at night as the night clubs around still open until the morning so the music will be heard extreamly loud inside your room. Once you check in. They will never answer your call. No wifi available, no amenities nothing. Very rude and arrogant stuff

Rooms are not clean They lack hygiene My sister has to stay for isolation ( we paid a whole week) But they didnt give her a room for the 1st 2 hours, she had to stay in the lobby till they gave her a room and now they refused to even give her water Vraiment 👏👏👏👏🙃🙃🙃

This was not the best hotel. Stayed for 1 week. The rooms were dirty. There was a booming noise from the disco by the hotel which was very loud and went on till 3 every night!!!!.also the food was the same most nights. Below standard. Also there was a cavalry charge every night when the doors opened to let the people in to the dining room. The reception was indated by queries and questions. The only plus was the beach was over the road. 3 or 4 out of 10!!!.
