very dirty hotel (rooms, swimming pools, ..) non professional services
Not bad accommodation. Animators pretty good for kids. Food is OK. Employees of the hotel are the best
This hotel, had extremely poor service and the staff tried to charge us twice! On our 3rd night a large group of Morrocans arrived at the hotel. That night for some unknown reason they set upon smashing up the 3rd floor. The police did not enter the building and the staff did nothing to reassure the guests present at the time.
Very nice atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. Seif from the entertainment took his time to dance salsa and bachata with me. And dancing makes me happy.
If I could give it -5 stars I would. On arrival staff were very rude and we had to wait for hours for our room to be ready which might I add was still disgusting. Food was disgusting and and unlabelled. After going to the beach for several hours to then returned to our room we found a member of staff looking through our suitcases. When we asked what they were doing, they had no answer and we threaten to tell the supervisor, they threaten to do a poo on our bedsheets if we told anyone.They left in a hurry and on further inspection we found That a pair of pants And some Private lingerie Was missing. This was especially disturbing considering it was an older and male member of staff. I expect the company to formally apologise and Acknowledge my Complaint.
