Horrible hotel I've never seen before. After two days of travel, my husband and my three children (6 and 1 year old) at the reception wanted to expel us despite making online reservations and paying all dues, which caused my sons to fear and cry badly and after I contacted the agency, they accepted us either. The rooms are very dirty and dirty, the air conditioner does not work, and the nightclub does not stop until four in the morning, and it is very noisy. We lived ten days a nightmare, this is the first time and the last travel to Sousse.
Nice hotel near the centrum and sea.
The staff does not understand English and are rude. When I went with my family's the slides were closed which was disappointing . The only good thing was the outside pool. Everything else was rubbish. I disliked the food. The music was the same every night and it was boring. I put 2 stars because I liked the room and the swimming pool.
Absolute disappointment. In 2020 and Tunisian hotels are still working as per 1990 standards. Doesn't deserve the 3-star classification. The room is tiny and very old. But what strikes the most is the level of service and cleanliness of the hotel with its working staff.
