Wonderful hidden paradise beach turquoise water. Very nice service provided by staff members and excellent food quality. Special thanks to the chef Hamza for extremely polite and welcoming nature. interesting menu, wonderful dinner meal that was perfectly served. Service was awesome and Zied was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel but a good guest house also according to stuff some major positive changes are coming next season. Stuff is amazing! Zied, Yassin, Elyess, Fabio, Hamza were welcoming and made our stay memorable. Regarding the guest house it self, the swimming pool is ok. The sea nearby is amazing. They should do some pumping work to avoid some minor smells issues. Each time any inconvenience was spotted the stuff was there to fix things.

What a disappointment !!! To begin with, the rooms are supposed to be available at 11:00 a.m. At 1:00 p.m. we were finally able to access them. We booked a suite (couple and child) with a beach view and a room for a couple. However, we paid a high price for the rest. we ended up with two "normal" rooms with connecting door and view of ... cows and garbage cans and in addition a water leak and a foul odor. We had been waiting all day for the baby bed and then when we finally asked for it during the day we were told that they finally did not have enough bed and asked us to wait 24:00. Our baby had to sleep in our bed. When it comes to meals, you have to be patient. The first day we had to wait 1 hour after placing our order on the pretext that there was already an order before us ... It was an order for 4 people ... And the icing on the cake after 1 hour waiting two dishes arrived cold. Device for the breakfast which is announced from 8h ... but it is served only from 9h-9h30. For the beach it is not a question of "a foot in the water" as he announces on Facebook since it is necessary to leave the guest house and cross. It will also be necessary to book and pay to access the beach. The staff are smiling, (housekeeper and waiter) Except for Zied who is cold does not communicate and is absolutely not welcoming. He did not want to give us the WiFi code. Also expect to have music all day from 9am until 10pm, which is a shame because the outside is nice and the quiet would have done the most good. The beach is clean. To conclude, I do not recommend all the more since the prices are not up to the services offered.

Management of risky reservations. Prices and availability change from one minute to another for no reason. I can not imagine what will become of it during the season. This is my opinion without having stayed there.
