We loved the staff and the welcome we had especially as it was my husband’s birthday. The DG and head chef went out of their way to arrange for my husbands birthday with the cake, the room decoration and drink. They made a giant cake for him on the night we arrived that was delicious. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and two rooms. It was very nice of them and we definitely loved the rooms. The quality of sleep was not the best as the beds were quite hard. It was quite difficult to find any position to sleep in and the pillows didn’t do much help. The bathroom was average; nothing exceptional when compared to the rest of the suite. The showers had hot water but sometimes it would give a burst of scolding hot water or cold so be careful with sensitive skin or children. There was always a good selection of food to choose from from salads, veggies, meats, specialties and desserts. The majority of the servers always seemed happy and mailing. We were all inclusive but we noticed most people were half board. We didn’t really take advantage of the alcohol we had access to so probably next time we would do half board because we only had some wine with a few meals and some drinks on the last night. The grounds were beautiful. One of the outdoor pools wasn’t filled but it would have been too cold anyways. The indoor heated pool was nice but could use a cleaning. Lots of activities offered and even a boutique if you wanted to grab a souvenir. The workers at the “snack” section were very disgruntled and made it seem like we were a problem and wasting their time... the “panini” sandwich was very plain so thankfully we didn’t pay for it (not sure if others or if we didn’t because of all inclusive). Also be wary of the massages because of the price you pay (may be cheaper than France but expensive for Tunisia), were supposed to be 50 minutes but ours were no more than 40. The outdoor heated sea water pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t take advantage of this options.

The Beach is beautyful, fantastic 2 swimming pools outdor, fabulous sea .

Very nice pool in a hotel where a very pleasant stay awaits you. The wide choice at the catering level is a big plus. We sleep very well. The beach is nearby.

Very nice worth it

It was a very beautiful stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and professionalism of its staff. I was able to enjoy my stay in a pleasant setting between the sea and the verdure. The cuisine was varied of various specialty. I recommend it.
