Service is not good!

Restaurant had good food. Not much variety between days, but delicious choices. There was one Tunisian evening with good Tunisian food. Be sure not to go and eat exactly when it opens as it can get really crowded the first hour. Also, if the place is busy, expect cranky waiters. Room was clean and acceptably maintained, except for some flaws in the bathroom. Cleaning lady was super friendly and caring!! We upgraded the room before checking in, which I recommend you do too. They are more than happy to give you what you need for a bargain. If you want silence in the room before 11pm, make sure to avoid sea view rooms. The hall downstairs and all ground level is great looking and tidy. Pool and sea were amazing!!! Water in the sea was very warm and knee deep only after 100m. My one year old had a lot of fun both on the sand shore and in the water. We had a blast with the animators as well! Friendly and fun! All in all we had a very good time.

I can't say that this is really a hotel to be honest 😣 bad services no respect of timing no parking and bad food You can see In the picture how people spent more than three hours waiting for they're rooms

This could've been a 4 stars review or more, but there were inacceptable things that happened during my stay here (mainly hygiene in a pandemic time). Some of the staff was also behaving improperly towards a certain group of people and this is also why I'm demoting the rating, I really felt uncomfortable at reception, room entry, and even at the restaurant. We're all humans, but I didn't feel that was the case during my stay... The food, hotel design, and other things were awesome, and it's a shame to feel uncomfortable in such a place. I really want to go here again and find that these points have improved. - Reception: Big reception area with awesome decor and chairs, it also had flowers on nearly every table which was awesome. - Location: midpoint between Monastir city and the airport, accessible and you can take public transport or a cab. - Service: majority of the staff was awesome and welcoming, but some were really rude and made us feel excluded from the human race. Might as well ring a bell behind us in public and shout "shame.. shame... shame". - Rooms: my room was vast and really clean, but our friend's room was not clean at all, we found ashes in the drawer, hair in the sink, CONDOMS on top of the mini fridge... How do you not clean the rooms in a pandemic phase (covid-19)? this is unacceptable. Also, an improvement point: lighting was really poor at the rooms, it's good as ambiance light, but it's really bad for women in case they want to check their makeup. The air conditioning is also to be improved and we had headaches from it. - Food: food was awesome, I can't deny this. The renovated restaurant looks really awesome with the lights too. - Attractions: there's only the sauna, and the outdoor pool (sea water) which was really awesome but had so much algae in it's side. There was also some random music at the night (outdoor theater area) even though some show were advertised (Asian show, Tunisian show...) Other attractions were inexistent/closed: gym was closed, indoor pool closed. To end on a high note, This hotel could have been the perfect place for my weekend, I will probably visit again to see if there were improvements (hopefully I'll feel like a human being next time).
