Beautiful rooms, but could be cleaner and maintenance.
During out stay, there was a constant smell of sulfur/sewage in lobby and main level of hotel.
It's great for a one or two night stay, but would recommend something more comfortable for a lengthy stay.

If you want to be surrounded by the topic Arabic architecture it's the right place but it comes like a 5 stars Hotel and actually it's less in order of accommodation, facilities and service. We had a good and big breakfast, we also use the taxi service from the hotel and exchange money. We haven't use the spa and restaurant, expensive compared to other places. Staff is nice and helpful even not professional like you expect in a 5 stars. Overpriced.
Great hotel. It is a palace. Rooms are stunning, grand and very unique.
Note that some rooms have only baths, no shower. They could also do with buying some new sheets and it is a little rough around the edges when you look closely.
I wouldn’t say it is truly a 5 Star hotel.
I would definitely stay again.
A warm and of great historical importance building, so tasteful and colorful!!! It has a Tunisian personality with contemporary services. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! See you again!
