Worst experience ever in July 2016. I booked with them through Booking but without charging my credit card in the beginning as the booking was to pay cash in arrival. I came to the hotel and stayed and paid in cash. Unfortunately, they didn't give me a receipt. After I left, they claimed to Booking that I didn't come at all and I was charged the full cost again. I tried by all means to talk with them but they ignored all my emails. I will never ever return to them.
