I've stayed here in March and coming back again in September..... The staff working on the front door are so friendly and helpful.... The hotel staff are nice and friendly too.... The breakfast is beautiful l think it's a great hotel Angela...
I stayed there for 11 days in general every thing is good expect one little detail who make give review 3 stars instead of 5. The reason why I went to ibis is because the room have desk where i could study and work also reception is a good place for people who want to work with their laptops and documents. I was able to study calm in my room until came people to the room next making a lot of noise to point I was not able to sleep I called the reception and they say I should change my room and they cannot ask my neighbor to keep calm. So I had to move to smaller room at midnight and the hotel stuff didn’t even bother to excuse. But the hotel still have a good side the security guards are so friendly as well as the cleaning ladies are very attentive and carful so the rooms are always clean. The food there is correct and delicious but is 3 times more expensive than an average restaurant in tunis.

Ibis hotel... no surprise... the quality of rooms and service is what you can expect... a special mention for the security guard who recognizes me every time I arrive and makes me feel like a VIP hehehe... Huge buffet breakfast. Recommended.
