The Hotel is very luxurious. Staff are very welcoming, specially in the restaurants. There is a nice variety of food, with good taste and big portions.
Amazing hotel. Very friendly stuff. Always tries to fix your problem. Room service is great, and waits for you not to be there. Modern rooms and good ac. Everything clean and pool warm enough. Food delicious and comes quick.

The concierge brought up the score. They’re extremely helpful and personable. The rooms are decent and clean.
I thought the receptionists were cold and rude, waiters slow and confused, and the food was inconsistent- some times great, other times inedible.
There was one concerning incident (mainly why I brought the score down) - someone from housekeeping (or claimed to be so) in the afternoon knocked at my door. I asked who it was then they tried to open my door. They had a master key, so while they tried to open, I pushed the door shut and shouted - “who is this and what do you want”. The person kept trying to open the door until he announced it was housekeeping and wanted to change something. I told him that I didn’t need anything.
I reported this incident to the hotel. They told me they’d investigate and get back to me, and they never did.
