Good Service but the rooms not like 5 star hotel I think it’s a 3 star hotel experience
In what world this is 5 stars hotel ?? old room scratched furniture rusty bathroom, rude day receptionist my room’s Key did not work for the whole time of my staying, some staff are helpful stayed 2 days and decided to run away from this place, only good point central good location
Very poor, i really dont advice , cannot be a 5star , maybe 3 star category
we come for the quarantine, when you book through reservation hotel website, hotel will not know about you no communication . Rooms are so old service is poor, i changed many times rooms and there is always something broken or not working in room ,management need look seriously on it , the only good thing is the food great work for the chef also the bellman very helpful . Room service never pick up calls , same for reception , hotel need serious training in customer service .it s a shame for one of the old tunisian hotel ...
