Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

Never had this experience before; even with the pressure of the pandemic all the staff was acting in a such safety way in taking care of the guests. Well done and highly appreciated services received in an accepted time and circumstances. TRULY UNFORGETTABLE stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Positive point : the rooms are super nice. the breakfast is royal. the room service is excellent with good food. negative point: the restaurant at the hotel the creek is a scam, the dishes are bad it looks like hospital food ,the quantity is not generous and the prices are too high. zero price quality.the indoor pool is cold, we don't want to swim in it in winter and it's sad.

Luxurious, elegant, and the most important is the services, more than excellent, I loved it ❤

Visited on Saturday for Dinner 5 stars hotel, 5 stars view 5 stars food 2 stars customer service Had dinner with my friend on Saturday , the view and the atmosphere were outstanding Arrived around 6pm , we looked for a table outside on the beautiful terrace, the gentle man with a black suit offered a table in the corner and said once another table is empty W you can move. The table was dirty , obviously people were sitting there! For about 25 mn no one came to see us or clean the table. Few minutes later another table was free so we moved there. For another 10 mn no one came to see us, the table was of course dirty ( Crumbs and Cigarettes). Another gentleman with a suit came to see us , he said why did you move people inside are waiting for the outside table. I explained gently that the other gentleman told us and that we could move ! A beautiful polite and nice waitress came to take the cups that were the table and she said she will back to take our order. We started with couple of drinks and water nothing fancy ! By the time we got our bottle of water it was 7 pm ( 1h later) . We got our drinks but the table was never cleaned ( breadcrumbs and cigarettes were still there) Around 8pm we got cold we decided to go inside to order food. A nice waitress came took our order including wine . The food came pretty quickly and it was delicious but the wine never came. So we called her again and asked for the wine! She brought it. Around 9 pm we were ready to leave , we asked for the credit card machine. She left brought the bill and informed us that the credit card machine was not working and that they did not have internet! What? Ok we asked if we could pay with a check and she said yes! We paid and we left! Once in the parking lot , the same gentleman with the black suit came running and screaming Madame Madame.... We stopped, people were starring at us ! He Informed me that I will have to write another check because I should not have wrote it to order THE FOUR SEASON HOTEL I said: and how would I know? I wrote the check according to the bill we received. He apologised and asked me to write the check to order FSH .....SERIOUSLY! The service is unacceptable at a FOUR SEASONS I am not trying to bash the place but some adjustments need to be made Regards

Amazing ambiance, great customer service, incredibly safe. It was worth every dollar.
