Great place. More three star then four. But still was a good time spent here. The staff are a credit to this place. They genuinely care and will go out of their way for u .
Very good , good food and drink and very clean and the people are very nice
So I will start with the good points. The animation and restaurant staff were amazing and made sure everyone was looked after. This hotel however was not 4 star as Thomas Cook advertised, i think it will be once they complete the renovation work. Items advertised we're not on offer also which is not totally the hotels fault. The main insulting thing to this hotel though is the manager and one of the receptionist. I was trying to ask directions to the spa and was dismissed by the manager saying it's private speak to them without even listening to my question. Then as I walked away the receptionist said British people are so stupid and they both laughed, and this is the reason this hotel gets 1 star from me
You can't give a lower score than one star, the rooms are very tired and dated. Had food poisoning from there so 3 days of my holiday wasted being ill.
Could not recommend going here as its a building site.
Complained on day one of our holiday fell on deaf ears.
Avoid this hotel if possible.
I believe it's good quality for the money you pay but please do not expect five-star quality £400
