The worst experience ever. Terrible hotel and very very bad service. No heating, not enough blankets, no fridge, no telephone and you have to pay to get a remote control for the TV. and above all there is no internet. The food was pathetic. Almost nothing to eat except salads for breakfast, salads for lunch and again salads for dinner. Hammamet Serail is a true waste of money and time. They don't even deserve a one star.
really bad service and unwelcoming staff. no room service, telephone not working, no internet connectio, bad food quality, no enough places to park cars. it barely deserves 2 stars
Very beautiful
Very good for half board but I could have got it all inclusive cheaper at other hotels in Hammamet
