worst hotel ever. don't waste your money. no breakfast after eight in the morning. not ever one star hotel. rotten food ,and they keep giving the same old food for four days. the guy in the dining hall is so rude with people asking me stupid questions and bothering me and my family. I can't believe that is a four stars hotel. please read reviews before booking. go anywhere but byblos

The worst hotel ever. Stay away. They keep changing their name every year to prevent bad reviews. Don't go there unless you are on a diet. Terrible staff. I would give it 0 star if I could.

Great of disappointment. Wifi very mediocre available at the reception. A false advertisement from the travel agency. The hotel is poorly attended if you go with your family. Afards in the bathroom. 1 elevator that works on 2. I do not recommend Hammamet.

Positives: cleanliness, friendly staff, the meals are varied and good, the pool is clean and very well maintained Negatives: a private beach 1 km from the hotel that can be reached through a bar not at all family, a casino in the back of the hotel that bombs music until 2am, no accensseur, no wifi except at the reception, no air conditioning, the animation is very limited, an old building that need klk remodeling renovation.
