Stayed here for a long period of time multiple times. Always amazing. Great rooms. Big size. We get upgraded. The all inclusive is really diverse and top quality. The service is amazing. The staff is always smiling and accommodating. They Took our kids In like theirs. The property is huge and makes you feel like you are secluded although it’s in the middle of active Yasmine hammamet. I saw how some guests were complaining when they’re there for a day and obviously are not used to 5 star hotel and imagine things as they’re on instagram. This hotel rocks!!! We re going back!

I have been there for 4 nights ! At the end of December 2019 . I did not like the food ! I have booked breakfast and dinner . For the breakfast, the bread selection is good but the toaster was nearly broken .Unfortunately the cucumber and tomatoes are not fresh!!! It seems to me that it was kept since dinner . Despite the fact that i am Arab and we cook arabic food ,I did not like the dinner either . Staff were lovely .
Room was okay but there was an odd smell from the bathroom every so often. Room cleanliness was good just a little outdated in the bathrooms. Restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. We could hear music at nights around 11pm not sure if it was from the hotel or surrounding hotels. The beach, gardens and pools were breath taking. Wifi was good in the lobby but was very poor on our phones in the room. Overall the staff were friendly.
