Personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was ok but for 7 nights we had toilet issues for 6 of them. Only given 2 clean towels at a time and no wash cloths. However when asked the staff provided small towels (no wash cloths) could not use the bathtub to soak in because the plug didn't work properly. The price for the room reflected on the hotel. You get what you pay for. $37.00 per night. It was nice to be able to cook for my new husband :)

Very warm welcome, for this month of August 2020 ... extra staff and a kindness. Clean, helpful hotel, and for the period of the covid impeccable hygiene nothing to say! 👍👍👍
Hotel business more from three than four stars. We stayed in a large suite facing the pool, with the essential services working. The kitchen, equipped with electric plates, were inoperative and the doors of the same slightly staggering. The manager, a very affable and easy-going person, has proposed an alternative with a two-level mini-apartment and its own swimming pool, typical for Muslim families who want to respect privacy. It must be said that the apartments are all well cleaned and the sheets were changed every day. The breakfast, served in an annex, is international and abundant. The prices are, in my opinion, to be revised downwards because, on balance, staying for the whole month of June, we would have spent 600 euros. It is better located in the center of Hammameth.
