Been there in February. It was amazing holiday with very kind stuff and very good room service and patisserie. Thanks to amazing personal we had the best holiday!!!

Impressed! Amazing hotel , clean, great service!
Little bit expensive but , you get what you pay for 😍😍🤩
1.No covid policy respect, did not found anyone to check the temperature, disinfect the luggage or check it with the machine.
2. Room view is poor (photo attached)
3. Reception line is busy, also we wait for more than 30min for check in.
4. Food is good (good variety, but no labels as shown on the picture.)
5. Spa lounge is well organized but interior swimming pool is small.
6. No entertainment activities.
I am disappointed with the hotel classification, as per my personal experience I dont give it 5 stars.
My visit was the 12th of December.
No respect for hygiene and social distance. The rooms are very far.
Very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff.
Food was ok but can be enhanced by varying it.
Rooms are awesome with great views on the pool.
I also enjoyed the indoor pool, the gym and the SPA.
