We had a great time. The staff is very welcoming. We were treated to a spa with a big smile. The buffets are very well stocked and constantly renewed.
Upon arrival we were directed to a room that does not correspond to that in the photos. Dark room, poorly done housework, we found several hair that is not ours. The TV did not work and the toilet flush was leaking. We asked for it to be repaired and we found that only the TV had been repaired. After informing the front desk again no one came to fix the toilet. In addition the technicians of surface return in the room whereas we put the poster does not disturb. I had to stay more than an hour at the front desk to get a proper room not without difficulty. The meals are not very good and the excursions a little expensive for their qualities.
