This review deals with a couple stay in August/September 2019. The food was absolutely awful (in comparison with a similarly priced stay in Turkey) and uneatable. The hotel beach included sunbeds and umbrellas but the quality of drinks left a lot to be desired. Expect beautiful, clear water and horse camel excrement smell 🐫. Don't worry, you eventually get used to it. Our room was at the very end of the hotel complex, the AC barely worked and we were given the wrong keys and had to wait quite a while before being given the correct ones! The dining area was constantly dirty and the animation stuff pesky, although the evening attractions were quite charming (but repetitive). I would definetely not choose this hotel for my next stay if I decided to visit Djerba again. I mean, it wasn't so bad, there were no insects and we weren't robbed but in comparison to with our stay in Alanya the year before looks poorly. We rested and relaxed but the hotel itself was quite underwhelming, you should look for a different place to stay, to be honest.

An 80's inspired resort that hasn't been updated. If you want to feel like you're on a cruise ship then this is your place. Good for families.

Hotel is quite standard. Wifi is only in main hall and in hotel areal are many people who tried to sell you a trip. They do not care about yours rejecting and the asked you even 5 times of each day of yours stay. What is realy crazy is reception, they do not speak english fluently. Moreover one receptionist told us, that we can stay until 5 p.m. (we should leave until 12:00 a.m.) for commision 20 EUR, which we payed. In the morning they informed us, that they wanted room back because they do not have capacity. Only explanation was that receptionist was not allowed to sold the room. They did not offerd us any other solution. So we had to stay in main hall with childrens for 5 hours. Manager of the hotel do not take even care to talk with us. Receptionist do not have any cards on T-shirt so you do not know who is who and what is their rank. Many times I saw others people arguing on reception in arabic or french.
