Halil Lahmacun

You know a place will be good when they only have 2 items on their menu! They have pide and lahmacun and both were amazing. Fresh, very thin, and very flavorful. Prices are also excellent (10 TL for each).

Halil for me is the best resturant to serve Lahmacun in all of Istanbul. The resturant is on the asian side of the city and in the middle of a local market, the price is good and the taste is great!

This place is super fast, really affordable, and has a very basic but very delicious menu. It closed fairly early the time I went there (I will be back of course), but I really really enjoyed the sauce they used on the Lahmacun. The affordability means that you don't get much other than a lemon and some greens (no onions or tomatoes) - but %100 would recommend.

Fast, fresh and affordable. The Lahmacun was crispy, tasty and delicious. The lemon and parsley add another level of taste. The Cheese Pide was excellent. Friendly service.

When a restaurant is limited to just 2 dishes on the menu, you know it is good. This place is specialized in lahmacun and pide. They both were delicious, especially the pide with cheese! Service was very friendly and it is a really cheap place!
