Good, well priced 24 hour gym that has all the equipment you need to have a good work out.

My favorite mob gym. It ain't exactly pretty, but it has everything you need. Price: 150 to drop in Packages: 2000 for 20 visits and others i don't remember. Results below

This is really a good, hard working, basement gym. Lots of equipment crammed together, everybody focused and pushing hard, kind and friendly people. Plenty of free weights, dumbbells, benches, a couple of cable machines, lat pull down & rowing machines, squat racks, dead lift area. Everything maintained well. There are small changing / shower rooms and combination lockers. 150 NTD ($5) / day felt very reasonable. Short walk from red line.

Day Pass - 150... this is one visit not mulitple times You do not need a change of shoes. Locker is provided. showers are available but a bit dirty Good gym for bodybuilding workouts, lots of free weights and machines, benches and racks. The gym is quite hard to locate, its actually inside a building in the basement, ask a local guard in the area and they'll help.
