The nicest sports center I've been to in Taipei. Clean and not super busy if you go at the right hours.

Best time to go to the weight room is between 10:30 and noon. if you plan on parking underground, make sure your vehicle is under 158 cm in height. There's a 7-Eleven right in the building so that's convenient.

One of the better sports centers in Taipei. The equipment is newer and it is often not very crowded.

Very good place to go to swim with kids. But this place has a lot of other activities. A lot of different sports in one place.
