Great gym ever! Professional trainers help me create exercise habits and most importantly, ENJOY MY BODY again! YOUTH Fitness&Yoga is super close to my office so that I can workout during lunch break. The shower room is absolutely clean & spacious. Every gymgoer is entitled to a recovery shower when completing workout. Moreover, there is a coffee bar inside for everyone to have a post-workout treat. Thank you sooooooo much YOUTH Fitness&Yoga! You've made my life more balanced and satisfying!

Kelly Tseng Numba one!!!! Great English and is very welcoming~ all of the staff are great and the gym is super clean. Best gym in Taipei.
