The classroom is clean and tidy, and the environment is very comfortable. I recommend Mr. Christine’s Hatha Yoga, which is really helpful for the body, mind, and soul.

I didn’t control the number of students in the class, which led to insufficient aids. I didn’t often explain the movements and guidance during class, and I was not very friendly to my new yoga novice.

Fun and able to move to the muscles that are not commonly used,nThe small class system allows the teacher to take care of different levels of students.

The teachers are professional and friendly, the classroom is bright and comfortable.
