It's great early in the morning. The evenings are horrible. A lot of people you can't really workout fully. People just sit on a machine not working out like let's do sets. Everyone is happy.
Good quality and variety of strength training equipment. Weights are put back, and it’s clean. The people who go to the gym are considerate and don’t sit on machines texting or taking selfies. Well managed and affordable. Wish it was bigger and had stretching area.
Well-equipped but less friendly people. No doubt, you have many kind of gym equipments. Some suggestions are as following:n1. Your stuff members should be more friendly rather than staring to someone, it's easy to give a smile.n2. Some of your stuff members are laugh very louder which can demotivate or make uncomfortable feeling to other customers, which should be watched.nnBest of luck!
It looks like this gym is the only one around Xindian. If you don't want to lose your mind avoid going from 7-9 pm.
Better come before 9am to avoid traffic.
