The result of booking an experience course is wrong, and the fan information is not transparent, which leads to the customer's unclear definition of the booking experience. The editor’s reply is sometimes several days apart (the fan special writing classroom is closed 9/28-10/4 but my message is 9 /28 passed 10/9, and the course time I wanted to experience has passed), but I was blamed?
