A good choice for the sincere workout lovers. Though it is crowded during the night time. For aerobic the waiting hours bit dilated. It has good options for both free weight and machines.

Shipai Fitness Factory is the most convenient gym where is near to Shipai MRT. If you want to get in shape,lose weight or find a proper trainer, I strongly recommend you "SHERRY". She is one of the best trainers in the gym. She is a thoughtful,dependable,enthusiastic and good at explaining also a gorgeous girl. If you just start off exercising, "SHERRY" is the best choice.

The interior is a little crowded. I’m not sure how comfortable working out here will be when the place is at capacity, but what I can say is to watch out for who does your customer service. I thought that the attitude was pretty good until today when they opened and I went to tour the place, only to get judged for my appearance by the guy who signed me up. He said that I must not have put much thought into how I dress and insinuated that I must not know a lot about the gym. So now I have to be judged for how I dress to go to the gym? I’m not going to the gym to impress you, so you can keep your comments to yourself. The equipment is new and there are a lot of choices, so that is one plus in their favor. Overall, I’d say they seem to care a lot about appearances so if you’re uncomfortable with nosy trainers that make digs at your appearance then steer clear.
