It's a great and clean 24h hour Gym. The gym staff are very friendly and will help resolve situations even when they are not on the clock. Although most of them don't have great English, they are always around to assist. The gym itself is very clean and organized, with good machines and free weights. There are two powercages for barbell lifts, and a ton of machines.nnMy only complaint is that during peak times the gym can overload with a number of people socializing instead of working out. But that's an issue with certain individuals, not the management, who tries their best to discourage said behavior.nnI've never used their personal trainers, although I've heard good things. Recommended.
