I am very happy about the facilities and the environment of this gym. The price is very competitive for what you get and I am really thankful to Catie for helping me find the right solution according to my special needs! Staff, trainers and customers of this place are all very polite and kind. It has been a pleasure to start to train here after 6 months of injury, and it's a pity I will move to Australia with no chance to follow with my training here. Thanks!

I've been going there for 2 years now, and the staff still can't say hello. Not very welcoming place. But nice machine and weight. Sometimes a bit to cold .

Lots of machines, but wish there were more free weights that are usually in demand

It's OK, but not as good as any other gym in Kaohsiung.
