There are a lot of equipments, nice shower room and awesome classes! My favorites are body combat, power stroke and Ecycle by Emily. It is pretty close to 高醫 so it is convenient for students to go here~
Reasonable price, good selection of machines, offer quite a few classes, friendly staff. They don't have a pool though. Highly recommend!
Best gym ever. I didn't like gyms until I got this one. It's like a fun park w/machines and nice people available to guide you.nI'm not in their payroll just I like to recommend and share what I'm enjoying.nnAND, I'm a tourist in Taiwan.
Not bad, a bit pricey but very good atmosphere. Got showers a sauna and tons of equipment. Also has classes you can take for free (with membership of course)
One of the best equipped gyms in the city. Just don't go during 6 to 10 pm it's like a beehive so busy
