Pretty good gym with very low entry fees (100 or 150 NT depending on time of day). They have a few squat racks and a lifting platform, the weights are good (plenty of bumper plates), but most of the bars a little old and worn down.nnOverall a very nice gym, but a little small and crowded.

Probably one of the best value for money gyms for travellers (and locals alike) that I’ve been to. It’s 100twd per entry before 1600hrs and 150twd after. The gym has 4 power racks, relatively less machines but they are the multi-use kind which makes up in functionality. Cardio area is also equipped with proper spinning bikes and 1-2 I wonder why ppl use them cycling machines, a rower, a couple ellipticals, treadmills and 1 woodward.nnI was there 2 days in a row and I noticed quite a lot of ppl doing personal training. Quite a few instructors were young, good looking and very fit (both gender) so that’s always nice for some motivation.

Good place to workout. Have lots of equipments.

Not a lot of equipment. Air condition could be stronger. You can get most of the exercise there. Would like to see if they have towel for the equipment to wipe down after each use.

Good range of new equipment, decent air-con, only 200nt for a session and not too many posers.
