I have been practicing here for 3 months, the staff is enthusiastic, the space is nice and airy, everyone is friendly, the training machine is full, everything is great!

Pro: Equipment is exceptionalnnCons:n650k per day pass - crazy and most expensive I've seen in a of Asia including golds gym and fitness first especially given most passes in Taiwan range from 100-150knnStaff beyond incompetent - 25mins to get signed up for a single day pass. Girl who was looking after me seemed to be doing everything at front office while 3/4 other staff members done nothing, like headless chickens.nnAfter paying 650k I wasn't given a towel or overview of the gym and what was on each floor.nnMy recommendation:nGo elsewhere, plenty more options in Yelin City.nIf in taipei go to 'taipei sports and fitness center' 150knIf in Huelin go to 'muscle factory' 100knnTo conclude the facilities are brilliant but the price and incompetent staff make it not worth while.

The experience of dealing with people here is horrible. It’s the whole gym culture that design to make you inconvenient. Horrible decor and aweful air quality. The only good part is the shower water pressure.
