I’ve always wanted to try yoga and I’m very happy to find this place. I feel tight because I need to use the computer for a long time at work, but the overall improvement is a lot after I continue to work. I like to feel calm and relaxed after every class. The atmosphere of the yoga classroom is very comfortable and relaxing. Through the guidance of the teacher, you can know what to do and what to let go. I don’t have any yoga experience before. I signed up for Jiji’s yoga class after pregnancy (because I want to do some stretching and relaxing exercises). The teacher will adjust the movements according to your condition.
