For foreigners out there looking for a great gym with a good deal in Taichung, this is definitely the place to be! I’ve searched and inquired in so many gyms around Taichung and when I visited here, I immediately felt the caring and sincere atmosphere. I didn’t feel the pressure from agents that I always feel in all the other gyms.... so I signed up here.
Many coaches speak English really good and the equipment/rooms are very clean. And the best part is, my coach not only monitors my daily exercises, but also my food intake and lifestyle as a whole.
Nice place for bodybuilding. Clean and tidy.
