Moral education for male instructors is not properly conducted. Because of this, their attitude is very arrogant. Even during the busiest hours after 7pm on weekdays, they chat endlessly during intervals when training just young women. It often happens that they occupy more than 30 minutes just to complete 10 times x 3 sets. Even if I politely ask "Excuse me! If you are just chatting on the machine, I would like to use this machine?", The male instructors respond in a loud voice, "我們現在正在使用它!" The instructors use the facilities before and after work and during breaks, but some male instructors do not hesitate to occupy relatively popular machines such as power racks, Smith machines and bench presses for about an hour. They are completely indifferent to the disadvantages of their members. By the way, the correspondence of the two female instructors is extremely good and polite. The quality of the members is also not good. Perhaps because of the unique culture of Taiwanese, they operate their smartphones at intervals of about 15 minutes on the machine and/or equipment and do not leave the machine endlessly. Some members take out and occupy multiple weights such as dumbbells at once, so there are some situations where unused free weights are scattered on the floor. Also, even when it is crowded, sweaty clothes are placed on the table and/or chair in the dressing room to take up space, so it is extremely filthy.

I like this gym. It's not perfect. But the staffs and the instructors are friendly. The equipments can be enhanced. The owner of the BEING sport should invest more if she wants more members and good reviews.

The entrance is only from the outside of the building near the Y1 exit, you need to take the lift to the 8th floor. Great for group fitness classes, they have a good studio and teachers. Staff here can speak English. Best of all they don’t have all those persistent sales people like you will find at WorldGym.

Monthly fee: NTD1300-1500. Besides gym facilities there are swimming pool (which opens during spring and summer) and steam room and sauna. In terms of the functions it’s quite fair. But the decoration and interior design of the whole space are really mediocre and worse than most of cheaper gym... looks like a public gym that charges NT50 each time.

Very nice gym with a great view towards the skyline of Taipei. Plenty of equipment and free weights. Staff is very friendly - I signed up for a week and was even able to bring the price down a little since my week (stay in Taipei) was only 5 days long. It is a little more expensive than some other gym's I have trained at with a day- or week-pass, but Being Sports provides you with a fresh towel every time you enter. You can also refill your water for free and go to the sauna after your workout. It's a great gym!
