Took a 10session 1 to 1 package with Kru ‘Knox’, the owner of this place. Upon familiarisation he will ask you of your experience level and whether you want to take it up for fitness mainly or technique, as for me I wanted to better my technique. To which I think he is bettering my technique a lot as well as fitness! No regrets. Very meticulous and detailed trainer. He is not afraid to harden you up Hahaha. He can train fighters as he has fought and trained in Thailand. He trained in Banchamek gym where Buakaw is. Very friendly person and I can’t converse much in mandarin but he makes sure you get his instructions and coaching. 5 STARS!

Great teacher and great atmosphere: be ready to learn, get tired and have an awesome time. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed even if you don't speak Chinese xD

Great instructor, killer workout!

The boxing gym is clean and tidy, and appointments are made in small classes. Different from the large-class management model, the coach can observe and adjust the posture of punches and legs more carefully, which benefits a lot. The curator is also actively involved in planning competitions, suitable for professional fighting halls that want to exercise, defend themselves, adjust their posture, and participate in competitions.
