This is the best-equipped gym I’ve seen in Taipei so far, for me as a power lifter / strength conditioning-focused guy. A big plus for me is their 24-hour availability: I work “vampire hours” to keep on the same schedule as my US colleagues, and during the early morning hours after 1 am here, it is ideal for my schedule. The facilities are kept spotlessly clean. Temperature maintained at a comfortable level all the times throughout the day I’ve visited.nnOn a US pay scale, I consider the fees fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Your mileage may vary if you’re on TWD pay scale; from my limited understanding, it is considered relatively on the high side in that context. Short-term tourists take note: they do not offer day passes. Other places with more limited opening hours will offer such passes. Not sure why they don’t offer day passes for vampire hours, though.nnCan’t tell about the quality of the classes and trainers since I didn’t use any, but they seemed fine to me just casually observing.nnAllen is the main point of contact for English-speaking customers. He was very gracious with my pidgin Mandarin.nnI’m hoping the Singapore investor/owner sees a lot of success with this location and expands to the other parts of Taipei like the Xinyi area in the future.

I only went there to understand the classes and pricing and I got toured the whole place. Allen was super passionate in introducing the whole gym to us. Definitely loved the environment and all the facilities. Worth it if you work out everyday ud83dude01
